How to order

Placing an order is very simple.Choose your favourite artwork and buy online using securely through Paypal.

Delivery

All artwork is professionally packed and fully insured before despatch.

The price displayed for each artwork includes packing, delivery and insurance charges within Mainland UK. If you are placing your order from elsewhere an additional charge may be applicable. We will confirm this charge to you before despatch of your purchase.

Delivery normally takes 3-5 days within Mainland UK and 7-10 days elsewhere. The date of despatch will be confirmed to you and if possible a tracker number given for your information. Please note: some countries may charge import duty or tax on the goods which is payable by the customer (this is normally Non EEC addresses).

You will be advised of any delay in despatching your purchase in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Please note that if you order more than one item of work they may be subject to separate delivery.

Framing

The majority of work is sold unframed unless specified otherwise. This allows you to choose a frame to complement your home or office, or to hang the work unframed. We are always happy to offer our advice on framing or to arrange this for you at an additional charge.

Availability

With the exception of limited edition prints you are purchasing a unique work of art. Availability of the work you have chosen will be confirmed when you place your order. The majority of the work you see is exclusive to FineArte Gallery as most of the works have be carefully chosen or purchased in advance by us either directly to the artist or in Auction sales.

VERY IMPORTANT: All deliveries must be signed for. You must inspect your delivery at the earliest opportunity and report any damage immediately. Please do not sign for items where the packaging or artwork is obviously damaged.

Returns for work purchased from the website

If you are not completely happy with your purchase you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to make a return please contact FineArte Gallery as all returns MUST BE MADE IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR INSTRUCTIONS otherwise we may not be able to make a refund. All returns must be fully insured.

Returns made from within the UK (Mainland) or other parts of the EEC will be subject to a 75% contribution to the return delivery costs.

Returns cannot be made from non UK or EEC destinations.

Refunds will not be made against damaged items (see Delivery).

For items purchased from any other source

For items purchased from any other source, e.g. fine art fair, where that item has been viewed by the purchaser at the time of sale returns can only be made within 14 days of purchase.
